@mcfiles88: Halle Berry has suffered a major setback in her custody fight with ex-husband Olivier Martinez. A Los Angeles judge ruled that Martinez will continue to have primary physical custody of their 13-year-old son, Maceo. Berry had asked to restore their previous 50/50 custody arrangement, but that request was denied. She also currently cannot have overnight visits with her son. But Berry also won a key part of the case. The judge dissolved Martinez’s temporary restraining order and denied his request for a permanent domestic violence restraining order. Martinez has accused Berry of physically abusing Maceo during a September incident. Berry strongly denies those allegations, saying she has never physically, emotionally or otherwise abused their son. The custody arrangement is temporary and is expected to be reviewed again in November.
