Cabin crew asked the woman to return to her assigned seat or pay the additional fee. The incident, which occurred on Oct. 25, resulted in all passengers having to disembark, delaying the flight's departure. I don’t understand why they act so entitled and seem to love causing a scene. If you want to sit together, pay for seats together. Otherwise, just sit in the seats assigned to you. If you’re lucky, you might even get seats together. And don’t come at me with excuses like, “Maybe they don’t have enough money.” Does that give them the right to cause a scene and disturb other passengers? Absolutely not. Plus, if you check in early, you can always ask the staff at the counter to seat you together, if seats are available. It doesn’t hurt to ask, but it’s not right to make a scene or inconvenience other passengers just because things don’t go your way.

I knew Airasia automatically randomly give the seat for ordinary passenger class. But please, give the seat according to the booking code. If the book is consist of 2 passenger, give them seat side by side. Not separate them. This is very2 disgusting.
