Ingredients: For The Dough: * 2 cups of all-purpose flour * 2/3 cup of cocoa powder * 2 teaspoon of salt * 2 teaspoons of baking powder * 2/3 cup of unsalted butter, melted * 1 cup of packed brown sugar * 1 cup of granulated sugar * 2 large eggs + 2 egg yolks at room temp * 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract * 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips For The Decoration: * 24 Oreo cookies * 24 gummy worms * 1 tub of chocolate frosting Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, add the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well incorporated using an electric handheld mixer. 3. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract to the bowl until well incorporated. 4. Using a mesh sieve, sift in the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix well together until combined. 5. Using a silicone spatula, fold in the chocolate chips by hand until evenly incorporated. 6. Using a large cooking scoop, scoop the dough balls onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Roll each dough ball into a uniform sphere before spacing them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. 7. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet. 8. Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies, crush the cookies into a fine crumb in a blender cup or zip-lock bag with a rolling pin. Set aside. 9. Spread a quarter-inch-thick layer of chocolate frosting on each cookie with the back of a spoon. 10. Dip each of the frosting-covered cookies into the Oreo crumbs until coated.
