Mix until a dough forms. 4. Fold in as many semi-sweet chocolate chips as your heart desires. 5. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden. 6. Add dark chocolate on top while the cookies are still hot, then spin a bowl around each cookie to shape it into that perfect circle. 7. Let rest for 15 minutes so the cookies harden up and set.
