Preheat the oven Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Make the dough Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, flour, and vanilla. Stir until a thick, sticky dough forms. Fold in the semi-sweet and optional white chocolate chips. 3. Scoop the cookies Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of dough per cookie, spacing them about 2 inches apart. If the dough is very sticky, chill it for 20–30 minutes before scooping. 4. Bake Bake for 9–12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly soft.
