@mostdefinitelynotparker: Being “successful” at a young age isn’t everything people make it out to be. I’m beyond grateful to be in the position I’m in at my age, but I also know how hard I’ve worked to get here. What people don’t see is the pressure that comes with it. Everybody always wants something from you, and when you’re the type of person who tries to treat everybody how you’d want to be treated, it’ll eventually break you. I’ve learned there’s very few people I can genuinely trust, probably enough to count on one hand. No matter how much I accomplish, it’s never enough for me. I’m always chasing the next goal, the next level, the next big thing. It’s a never-ending cycle that’s slowly wearing me down. The crazy part is I love what I do. It’s all I’ve ever known, and I honestly wouldn’t know what to do with myself without it. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t get exhausting. People see the money, the businesses, and the lifestyle, but they don’t see what it takes out of you mentally. And it’s hard to explain that feeling to people who have never been in your shoes. Being part of that so-called 1% at a young age isn’t all rainbows and butterflies. I love the life I’ve built. I wish people understood what goes on in my head. #fyp #musteatinmycity #tired
