She never came to pick up her three children. The last person to see her was a quiet new coworker named Jennifer Sybert. Days later, surveillance video showed Sybert parking Joleen's SUV in a Home Depot lot at 1:17​ in the morning — then calling a cab from a gas station, dressed all in black. But Jennifer Sybert wasn't her real name. Her name was Kimberly Kessler.
