Once ATO has been approved by your leadership no matter if something happens down the line, even if someone decides to quit, should tou be asked to cancel your ATO. Nor should they be making threats about your ATO/PTO future request.... that would be an HR issue to address the leader.... if private practice no HR, just look for another job & leave with a 1 day warning so they can see how it feels
