Utis come from a wonder of things, every time i go to the obgyn or the urologist i have a uti. i have to take an antibiotic for a month. it is not from being dirty it’s not from anything you’re doing. it can be from sweating, having intercourse even if you pee after, drinking acidy things or dark soda!

I can’t wear anything like underwear or pants to bed or I will get a uti, and it’s been that way since I was 4, it’s not bad hygiene it’s because that’s literally a organ which is very moist trapped in polyester

It can be the material or your underwear, lack of water, scented soaps, literally it’s so easy to get one you aren’t dirty unless you’re contracting it from literally not washing. Ignore that one comment 😭

I’m 2024-2025 I had a uti every other week for like 9 months. Take d mannose and cranberry vitamins daily and drink hella water till it’s more comfortable
