@shontelle.scott: A little life update, because I’ve been quiet on here for a while. 🤍 The truth is, depression, chronic illness and loneliness have taken a toll on me. I’ve spent a lot of time isolating, grieving friendships and trying to find my way back to myself. But despite it all, I’m officially 11 months clean. 🥹 My health is still a work in progress, but I’m finally getting answers, with surgery on the horizon. I’m incredibly grateful for the beautiful women surrounding me in supported living, who have reminded me what genuine love and support look like. Life isn’t where I imagined it would be at 30, but I’m slowly finding my feet again and building a life I’m proud of.
