Hi Sam, I too am a Primary School Teacher and got diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer NYE 2024 when I was 29. I had CRS surgery which lasted 9.5 hours and many organs removed later. I didn’t have HIPEC but had 6 rounds of chemo 6 weeks after my surgery. Sending you so much love, it’s a huge operation and it’s vital you allow others to take care of you whilst you recover. Always here if you want a chat - sending you a big cuddle 💖
