@midnightpianist.us: WNBA star Sophie Cunningham has revealed a disturbing side of fame, claiming the FBI is monitoring around 20 people because of concerns about her personal safety. The Indiana Fever guard opened up about the situation during an appearance on Theo Von's This Past Weekend podcast. During the conversation, Sophie suggested that federal authorities were keeping an eye on approximately 20 individuals connected to concerns about her safety. "We'll have to check if I'm even allowed to say this," she joked before revealing the number. However, she did not explain who these individuals were, what they allegedly did, or exactly how the FBI became involved. Sophie also admitted that unwanted attention has become one of the darker sides of her growing popularity. While she appreciates having a strong fan base, she explained that being recognized everywhere can create serious personal safety concerns. "We do have a lot of stalkers. I know I do," she told Theo. The basketball star also praised the Indiana Fever's security arrangements, making it clear that player protection is something she takes very seriously. Her comments highlight a growing concern for professional athletes, who can attract enormous attention both online and in their everyday lives. Behind the fame, public appearances, and cheering fans, some athletes also face unwanted attention that most people never see. Should professional sports teams do more to protect athletes from people who cross personal boundaries? \#SophieCunningham #WNBA #IndianaFever #BasketballNews #celebritynews
