I had frost bite, messages 59 times called no answer I finally went to hospital and got a scanner message "WHY SID YOU DEVIATE FROM YOUR ROUTE?"

A judge will look at this & say “okay well you got your job back, did you file a grievance?” “If so, you will have to let your union fight that battle for you. Although, what they did looks & felt wrong, you must go through your union.” I sued USPS myself & yes I still work here. MAKE YOUR UNION WORK FOR YOU!
