@morganraymcleod: Swapping your old nonstick air fryer for the Ninja CRISPi 🍕✨ #ad If you’ve been on a non-toxic kitchen journey with me, you know coated cookware was one of the first things I started questioning. The CRISPi cooks in glass containers instead of a nonstick-coated basket, so there’s no coating touching your food. Bonus: you can cook, serve and store in the same dish, which means fewer things to wash and less plastic in my kitchen. First thing I made? Sourdough pizza, obviously. Here’s my dough 👇 🌾 SOURDOUGH PIZZA DOUGH (makes 4 personal pizzas) 100g active sourdough starter (bubbly and fed 4 to 8 hours before) 500g bread flour 320g lukewarm water 10g honey 15ml olive oil, plus extra for coating 10g salt 1️⃣ Mix the starter, water and honey until the starter dissolves. 2️⃣ Add the flour and mix until there’s no dry flour left. Cover and rest for 30 minutes. 3️⃣ Add the salt and olive oil, then squeeze and fold it through until the dough feels smooth. 4️⃣ Over the next 2 hours, do 3 to 4 sets of stretch and folds, 30 minutes apart. 5️⃣ Cover and leave at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours, until it has grown by about 50%. 6️⃣ Divide into 4 balls, coat lightly in oil and pop them in the fridge overnight (up to 72 hours for extra flavour). 7️⃣ Bring to room temperature for an hour, then stretch each ball to fit your Crispi container. 8️⃣ Air fry the base at 200°C for 4 to 5 minutes, add your toppings, then cook for another 4 to 6 minutes until bubbly and golden. Slow food, simple swaps, zero coated baskets. Save this for pizza night 🤍 #NinjaCrispi #NonToxicLiving #NonToxicKitchen
