Authorities say convicted offender Elijah Palmer first contacted a teenage girl through Roblox before persuading her to continue chatting on Discord. Prosecutors said he spent months grooming and manipulating the victim, coercing her into self-harm, sending sexually explicit images, and complying with disturbing demands by threatening her and her family.
