I personally believe God has no gender, they don't need reproductive systems, they are something beyond what we can physically comprehend despite us being made in their image. In meaning made us in their image, they mean in a realistic way God created us themselves, how God choose to structure us, not by God's appearance due to that resulting in being just as complex and superior as God, they made us less, into more simple shapes in relation to surviving on our planet.

God transcends gender, so God's neither a male or female, just God. The ancient hebrew and greek which was used to write the Bible used gender neutral wording and refered to God as "it"

The holy spirit dwells within you regardless of if you're a man or woman so this makes no sense 😭 and technically God refers to himself as the I AM, and refers to Jesus his human form as a male, because Jesus was born a man. The Bible explicitly talks about how woman are beautiful and how God loves us, and that we're supposed to be treated with equal respect, idk how you translate that into "sexism"

if humans were supposedly created in the image of god then both male and female should be equal and hence no one should be submitting to anyone. It's as if they're saying the masculine side of God is more important.

medieval female mystics were so much more esoteric than this modern version of christianity. julian of norwich DID actually equate god’s love with the warmth of a mother’s womb. then there was that period where they really loved the yonic symbolism of jesus’ side wound representing the birthplace of the church. hildegard of bingen was animist-adjacent in her writings. they all had far more interesting takes on theology than whatever is going on today.

Everytime I mention to an old pastor that technically God is both man and woman, because we were made in his image too, they stutter and tell me I’ve let satan into my ear. Like I get the arguement that He was called “father” but why were women created to make creation? And not man? Man is material, but woman is maker. We are two halves of a whole but men are greedy for all the credit, like bro… God is both, get it together now.

Male and female are a separation of divine expressions ... you must embrace both sides of the hemisphere or the mind.. you must embrace both emotions and merge the two to master the body.. Let us make them in our image, in our likeness ... God above all others.. but still multiple .. We have expressions of masculinity and expressions of feminine... When you see the face of Our Creator and ones in his presence..you will understand what i speak of.... one more thing we fight about...

I never feeled the need to submit 😂, I felt forced by others maybe to agree with them or to do what they wanted because they didn't give me options or the possibilities to chooce or make me feel mad if i decided differently
