I’m sorry to say but as a child that didn’t have a father figure well I had one, but not a good one mostly absent but the TV show figures some of us needed those and now they’re gone

That last clip makes my eyes blurry every time. When my son was 16 he asked my husband thru his tears, his Dad who stepped up, the exact same question. "Why doesnt my Dad want me?" They sat talking in the garage for 3 hours. Son came out walking strong and tall and has called husband "Dad" since then.
