Save this one 🎄 COOKIES 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened ¾ cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1½ cups + 2 tbsp flour ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 4 oz cream cheese, softened ¼ cup butter, softened 2 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt Christmas sprinkles DIRECTIONS 1. Cream butter + sugar until fluffy. 2. Beat in egg + vanilla. 3. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda + salt. 4. Chill dough 30 min. 5. Roll into balls, flatten slightly, bake at 350°F for 9–10 min. 6. Cool completely. 7. Beat cream cheese + butter, then add powdered sugar, vanilla + salt until fluffy. 8. Frost, add sprinkles + store in the fridge.
