Filetto di merluzzo alla mediterranea 🌱 Ingredienti ⬇️ - 600 g di filetto di merluzzo - 100 g di polpa di pomodoro - 100 g di pomodorini - 40 g di olive Taggiasche - origano - olio extravergine d’oliva - prezzemolo - sale e pepe ————————— 🌿 Procedimento • mettere nella padella un filo d’olio d’oliva e farlo scaldare. • aggiungi uno spicchio d’aglio e i pomodorini lavati e tagliati. • aggiungi la polpa di pomodoro origano sale e pepe. • copri e fai cuocere per 6 minuti a fiamma bassa con il coperchio. • aggiungi i filetti, e un po’ di pepe e origano su il merluzzo e le olive denocciolate. • copri e cuoci a fiamma inizialmente media per 10 minuti (girarli attentamente a metà cottura ). E e alzi la fiamma gli ultimi 2 minuti. • alla fine aggiungi del prezzemolo 🌿.🍴 . المكونات⬇️ - 600 جرام من فيليه سمك القد - 100 جرام من صلصة الطماطم - 100 جرام من الطماطم الكرزية صغيرة - 40 جرام زيتون بدون نوى - أوريجانو زعتر - زيت زيتون بكر ممتاز - بَقدونس - الملح والفلفل الأسود ————————— 🌿 • وضع القليل من زيت الزيتون في المقلاة وتسخينه. • يُضاف فص من الثوم والطماطم الكرزية المغسولة والمقطعة. • أضيفي صلصة الطماطم والأوريجانو والملح والفلفل. • يغطى ويطهى لمدة 6 دقائق على نار خفيفة مع وضع الغطاء. • أضيفي فيليه السمك، والقليل من الفلفل والأوريجانو والزيتون منزوع البذور. • قم بتغطيتها وطهيها على نار متوسطة في البداية لمدة 10 دقائق (اقلبها بعناية في منتصف الطهي). وارفعي الحرارة لآخر دقيقتين. • في النهاية أضيفي القليل من البقدونس 🌿.🍴 . #ricette #seafood #mediterranean
