They’re manufacturing traffic to then justify adding more tolls in the outer boroughs. They want to ban cars completely and easiest way to do that it to make it impossible to drive and afford your car.

I live off J and this bus lane shift seemingly came out of nowhere. It's added time to my commute but whatever. They still haven't fixed the lights on McDonald and Bay tho. Left hand turn is treacherous!
