This is just because women tend to trade less and hold stocks for longer. If this study was done in a bear market we would see opposite results.

Realistically it's fairly even in retail performance. More men are retail traders and retail as a rule loses... therefore more men lose than women. And if your portfolio is constantly green all you do is buy SPY 👍
