you look great in both pictures! i understand the not feeling like yourself in your own body though! my body looked exactly like yours did last year on the left picture and again now.. this is long honeyyyy so grab popcorn! [Tears of joy] I had low ferritin in the 20s and teens and they couldn't figure out why the numbers were so low.. so I kept pushing for answers. got 3 iron infusions that made me so sick I had to take off work for 2 months because i felt like i was hung over and on a boat at the same time and couldnt stand up. finally got my dr to do an ultra sound because urgent care said I had blood in my urine. she thought I was dramatic. wellllll the ultrasound showed I had a 5cm ovarian dermoid cyst (theyre so gross looking[Innocent] dont google it) and it needed removed asap. got that done last august by my gyno who is wonderful and ALL the 20 lbs of inflammation went away within weeks. and my ferritin was better. i felt so relieved. I was like thank god because us short people FEEL the weight gain even if it doesnt seem like its a lot. well [Tears of joy] my ferritin is back down now so im supplementing iron. I refuse to get an infusion again. but now the 20 pounds is back too! hooray! I dont know if its from the ferritin dropping again or what. I was taking effexor for Anxiety and i seen so many people say it causes weight gain and swelling. so i decided to stop that this week cold turkey lol. i also took semaglutide last year and it was great but that was before I knew I had that cyst. i tried it again after the surgery and it made me so sick I ended up in the ER. i was on the lowest dose. im convinced there's so much crap in our food too that's causing people inflammation. I dont know but I have never been over 125 130 lbs and this 145 has got to go. [Tears of joy] I hate feeling like the Michelin man over here. now im debating the shot again and or if I need a damn martini. happy Saturday! [Red heart][Red heart]

Girl that’s so traumatized me, especially driving to Florida on a dark road in the middle of the night surrounded by trees lol. I looked at my husband and said if there’s a tree down, I’m done.😂

I slept good last night considering the stress I’m under, even fell asleep quick which rarely happens. I didn’t want to get up and go to work I wanted to keep sleeping lol

My doctor said that I only needed to be off the shot for a week and I’m super nervous about that because I don’t want to gain any weight back but it seems like other people have to be off two weeks

From is so good however it also sucks and you’ll hate it but you will continue watching. I am glad it moved over to Netflix so can’t wait to see season 5 next year

It was the best thing I ever done was having the total hysterectomy because of endometriosis... I suffered for years and wasn't able to have children ...but just not having the pain and horrible menstrual cycle is amazing. I can deal with hormone issues lol
