the extra affinitive eidolons can be obtained if you spend special passes too, so just pull on limited banners (100 limited tickets = 1 extra eidolon)

I've just realized that the way I worded it might not be clear enough: the extra eidolons can be obtained after a certain amount of pulls, the new skin banner COUNTS (like I said in the video) but the regular event banner counts too! The things I put in the video are from the Livestream, more details can be found on the 4.7 version page (Hoyolab)
