According to the Sunnah of the prophet anyone who leaves his religion should be 💀. It’s a Sahih narration , so you cant BS ur way out of it . This is one example of sharia and there’s many . You cal so google the pact of Umar who was a companion of the prophet and see what he did as a caliph
