As a millennial I think you look great! Don’t change your style, this is office appropriate imo (obviously it depends on your specific office). I don’t see the issue with looking “gen z” it looks authentic to you and also appropriate!

i think this does look very Gen Z, but I think this is a totally appropriate outfit for the office, assuming the office is okay with you wearing nicer jeans. the jeans are structured, not faded, dark, and paired with a more formal shoe and top to balance out the casual quality of the jeans, and that's the key to getting away with jeans in the office!
