Theft is pretty common for officers at a walmart.WHY would they not carry carseats,just for this reason.Heres why,cuz they involve CPS.All affiliated through the corrupt system.Shoplifters are dead wrong,but putting a child through all that is rediculous! Yall drive SUVs with lots of room.We know what we pay for.At least get that part right.
