B, D, F, M or R, W, N, Q to herald square, and then getting on the path to Journal Square there. Or, take the 2, 3; 4, 5; J, Z; A, C, E; R, W to the WTC, and then taking the train to newark which will drop you off at either Exchange Pl or Grove st. Hope that helps!

Easy: take whatever MTA train to 34th street Herald Square and then get off to walk to PATH station on 33rd street - you can take the train to Journal square or transfer to get to exchange place or something. Point is, it’s easy.
