I stopped talking at work cuz im so sick of being pushed around!! Now everyone hates me gives me dirty looks talks shit about me it awful but I can't afford to give up this 2 job the benefits are to good ugh I really wish they'd hire someone that likes me n doesn't listen to all the haters !!

I'm The quiet One I had a supervisor asked me one time a few weeks ago why are you so quiet and I started laughing to myself because at my age at 60 what do I have to prove to anyone other than show up on time do my job and go home I'm looking for other employment because I want a lot of younger people who think they are entitled to take an hour lunch break in the morning when we're only supposed to get 30 minutes in the morning and in the afternoon because we work 10 to 12 hour shifts.

and then on top of that the word professionalism in this environment I work in a dialysis clinic taking care of patients and they sent us all a text message universally saying that the profanity being loud and it's only pertains to a handful of people but it's never been addressed and I'm just over it I just want to go into a job where I work with maybe a few people who know how to come to work be professional be respectful to each other and go home but I call it this entitled generation I say 20s maybe the 30s they feel like they're entitled to do whatever they want to do and it really at my age I don't have the the patience it's annoying to me but I do go to work and I Am The quiet One I just wanted to explain what I meant because it seems like nothing's going to change and the management doesn't care they just bring up stuff that doesn't have anything to do with the people that come to work and do their job and go home😁 but I do appreciate all of your videos I watch you at least twice or three times a week and it does hit home I'm just still looking for a better opportunity thanks again and have a great weekend
