I am Pulmonary nurse!! I do cpap clinics. Airsense 11 is the best machine. Ask for the Airtouch F20. please go with another company. I been doing this for 17 years sounds like the company is bullshitting.

You need to get a new insurance company. My Mother has Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Whenever she had an operation or medical procedure they paid for EVERYTHING. That is so ridiculous. Insurance sucks SO bad! Sorry you both are going through this. I’m going for a sleep study and if I need a CPAP my insurance better pay lol. My husband is the same way…..Duke matters you need him. It is going to help him so much. It has for my son! The whole insurance thing is just so frustrating. You should not have to pay out of pocket. ☹️
