yesterday my dad (step) tried teaching me a lesson on fighting back because I’m a pushover and he started pushing me like hard and kept telling me to fight back but it gave me flashbacks of when my mom used to drink and hit me and gave me flashbacks of what my bio dad did to me (sa) and I kept trying to tell him to stop but he didn’t and kept telling me I have to get over the fear of fighting back and like fuck i couldn’t and started breaking down and I ran upstairs and had the worst panic attack it was so bad to the point of where I can barely breathe and it felt like I was going to pass out and he came to talk to me trying to apologize and like fuck that fucking scared me because it just hurts to get those flashbacks

So I thought she was joking so I joke too by saying “I mean the mosquito did suck blood cause if they don’t they will die” and my friend got mad *actual mad* than when i said it’s just a mosquito she said “it was my friend” i was actually shocked than my other friend said “can you stfu like you don’t understand and you talk to much” so I went to the bathroom cause I need to calm down (I was about to cry heh) then when I walk down the stairs I heard my friends talking shi about me saying “she probably ran to her mom. What a weirdo like why would she kill such a thing. She is so annoying I swear” I just stood there shocked..
