Let everything get nice and friendly, then add ½ cup of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thick and syrupy. Blend everything together, then strain. And don’t throw away those leftover apple pieces. They’re perfect on ice cream, oatmeal or basically anything. To make the latte • 2 tbsp homemade apple pie syrup • Ice • Milk • Double shot of espresso …and just like that, you have a super yummy Apple Pie Latte you can make right at home.
