@camplifenation: ‘Ghosts’ Star Reveals the Truth About Pete’s Return and Teases a Huge Christmas Episode Fans of the hit CBS comedy “Ghosts” finally know what happened to Pete. The season six Halloween special picked up months after the character vanished in the season five finale. Sam is away in Australia, leaving Jay and a temporary ghost-minder to handle the house. But the biggest moment came when Pete finally reappeared on his d*eath day. There was just one massive twist. Pete returned to the Woodstone property with absolutely no memory of his last forty years as a ghost. Asher Grodman, who plays Trevor, says this amnesia storyline creates exciting possibilities for the show. Because the core of the series is the relationship between the eight spirits, the group is now dealing with a complicated reality. As Grodman explained, they have essentially lost a big part of their lives because Pete is physically there, but he does not remember them. That storyline is not ending anytime soon. Grodman confirmed Pete will still be dealing with his memory loss when the series returns in December for a one-hour Christmas special. He also teased that the holiday episode will feature a “D*e Hard” theme, promising high stakes and plenty of mayhem. With the show approaching its one-hundredth episode, Grodman says the cast is simply grateful they still get to make a series that fans love.
