I sold an empty house. There was no staging budget so I did some of it. You have to do something to differentiate the bedrooms. Buys need to see a living room or kitchen and see themselves in it or want to be in it. The smallest of things help an empty house. There is zero reason for that description to have been so basic and boring.

The things you have mentioned sounded like common sense. With the market in the housing the way it is you would’ve thought they would’ve jumped through hoops to get this self for top dollar. 👍👍
