Make pasta and mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes! That was usually a safe option for my picky toddler

my son was soooo picky it was so frustrating chicken fingers, anything potatoes, he liked paratha with a bit of sugar, butter pasta light sauce, pizza of course, and pancakes, french toast with a bit of maple syrup he's much better now considering he's 21 but omg...I feel you!

My toddler like chicken and white rice and olive apparently and since he belongs. To a Pakistani household why no trying some desi omelette and roasted potatoes with tilka chicken shami kabob and sheekh kabob

My toddler was the same. He won’t eat anything that I made for him, one day we were visiting a friend. They had a kind of chicken and vegetable soup at dinner table , I tried some for him. He loved it , then I figured it out. That he enjoys soups, and he wasn’t a fan of dry options, I hope that helps .

My baby Mariam is picky but she likes her protein very much in every meal so try giving him boiled chicken with aloo and white rice
