@nbcsandiego: Two members of the Coast Guard crew that rescued 16 people off the coast of Ensenada on Oct. 16 detailed the operation, telling NBC 7's Shelby Bremer they used night vision goggles to scour the shark-infested waters and hoist the survivors to safety.
