So homelessness and rehabilitation you know you don't necessarily want luxury homeless rehab rehabilitation, but you want to be able to attract teachers because like in a microchip industry who are the best electro engineers that's very difficult to attract that high caliber talent when you have such high numbers of homelessness and rehab rehabilitation and like gymnastics, rehab rehabilitation whatever it is, you know that has damage on your body so you have to have nice facilities used to be able to rehabilitate sometimes you know high caliber homelessness

People don't just wake up one day and decide to be homeless. Maybe if the federal government vested the money funding WARS into the YOUTH, HEALTHCARE and COMMUNITY then people as adults don't end up on the streets with mental health and substance abuse problems. 🤨

This isn't the flex he thinks it is. That this was allowed to go on for 5 years, $1 BILLION DOLLARS, with ZERO results, is absolutely disgusting. That HUD had no checks and balances in place to ensure success for our tax dollars, speaks volumes to their leadership. Non-Californians can see the homeless rates increased in LA over the last 5 years. Everyone needs to go. PERIOD!
