Roxy Ifita Pryce :

for everyone asking, the skin is obtained via a skin gacha, essentially there are 8 rewards one being the skin, the first pull is free and each consecutive pull costs more than the last (fashion invites are the pulls for the banner and cost 100 jades per), each consecutive pull additionally increases the odds of getting the skin as well as eliminates the rewards you have already received from the banner, in total it costs 8700 jades if you get unlucky and have to go to pity, if you get the skin early, all unclaimed rewards are automatically paid out to you in addition to the skin meaning if u get her from the first pull you receive the other 7 rewards with her
