We almost moved into a Michael Lee home in 2024 but then we couldn’t sell our existing home. When I tell you how lucky I feel after seeing your experience….at first I was very bummed out but now I am so glad our move didn’t work. Looking back there were some oddities. Changes in the new home construction industry need to change!! One year home warranty while paying a 30 year mortgage has never made sense to me. Additionally, the multiple ways they or the subs try to wiggle out of the warranty.
