@hononrix: Some People Leave, But Their Love Never Does 🤍 Maybe grief never truly disappears. Maybe we simply learn to carry it a little differently. Some days, the missing feels heavier than others. A song, a familiar place, or a little memory can bring everything back in a moment. But perhaps that's because love doesn't simply disappear when someone is no longer here. It stays in the stories we tell, the lessons they left behind, and the little pieces of them that live within us. We can miss someone deeply and still be grateful that we got to love them. And maybe, somewhere between the tears and the beautiful memories, we slowly find a little peace. Because some people may no longer walk beside us, but they will always be part of our story. 🤍 🎙️ Speaker: Dr. Christopher Kerr 🎥 Credit: The Diary Of A CEO 🎵 Music: Gibran Alcocer #GriefJourney #ForeverInOurHearts #HealingThroughLove #GriefAndGratitude #LifeAndLoss

Grief changes you permanently. You never get over it, but you grow stronger and learn to manage it.

I think it depends on the loss as well. I've lost grandparents and I've lost a son. I love and miss my grandparents but I will never recover from the loss of my son.

There is a before and an after version of you. Getting to know the after version is the hardest part.

Grief completely rewires you. It changes how you see the world, sharpens your wisdom. Grief gives you an understanding of life you cannot learn any other way.

You learn to pivot in life, you have times that it bubbles back up and then you grieve over again. It comes in waves...

If you're missing someone today, I hope you know that it's okay to have days when it still hurts. You don't have to forget them to find happiness again. You can carry their love with you while slowly learning to live with their absence. Sending a little love to every heart that misses someone. 🤍
What's one beautiful memory of someone you'll carry with you forever?

I learned to be thankful for my grief. I'm thankful for the love memories value the importance they carried in my life I'm so grateful that they meant enough to me that I loved them enough to grieve them so I'm thankful for them more than I grieve them now

I honestly believe that ceremonies like Dia de Los Muertos help you be in the place of grief and gratitude. Honoring and celebrating the lives of loved ones who transcended.
