The wife never said we should not bury her husband in the house, infact she was not part of the meeting at all. The meeting was between Toluwani's mother's family who were present at his residence and his father's family. The mother of Toluwani's wife does not live with the family, she only came to support and stay with her daughter after the demise of her husband. Toluwani's Father told Victor king that due to his sojourn in the North, he had seen Toluwani just like 5 times during his lifetime. They believed the Family kpaid her for ritual/spiritual purpose (infact it was reported that it was a big issue and scandal in Ikirun back then) they took Toluwani a six months old infant and restricted familiarity with his dad's family out of fear for his life. Hoping he won't share the same fate as his mother, with them. This has been the atmosphere the family had been till the very moment Toluwani kpaid. The animosity and innuendo towards his father's people in regards to what actually happened to their daughter (Toluwani's mother) and now Toluwani, their grandson. There thoughts were that if they allowed the Family of his father to bury Toluwani in his home or at Ikirun, they will have access, and the fate that befell Toluwani's Mother, Toluwani, would eventually happen to his children!!! Because remember ( In their mind them pkaid Toluwani mother for rituals nii) Their mind no pure to the people who married their daughter, took her to Kano and returned her dwead* body back to them with a 6 months old child..You get the picture? So it was a case of no bury him where you would have access to his kids and they now suffer the same fate due to proximity with people they felt kpaid their father's mother. It was the Baba Alankara (Who impersonated and lied that he was Toluwani's uncle), who claimed to be an uncle to Toluwani yet was just a random street dude, that contacted the Blogger, Ogbeni Dunmininu with the intention of raising money for his Father, since his son who sends him money is now late, but they both hid under disguise, raise bait Nigerians with a narrative that will sell more - "The widow of our son is evil". If his in-laws felt that way that means they had concerns.
