@desireereports: 10/30/26 — ATTENTION DOJ & DOL: For those of you at the Department of Justice and Department of Labor, I now have documentary evidence indicating that SAG-AFTRA is pressuring individuals within the union to communicate through Signal, an encrypted messaging app with a disappearing-messages feature. Depending on the content of these communications, particularly if they involve union finances, executive leadership contract negotiations, or other records subject to federal retention requirements, the deletion of such messages could constitute a violation of Title 29, U.S.C. § 436, under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). The question now is whether these communications are being preserved as required by federal law.
