@actuallyashly: My mom is officially in REMISSION! almost a year ago to the day, my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We knew the journey ahead was going to be hard, but one thing about mama Miriam is that she’s never going down without a fight and with some jokes along the way. even when she went from stage two to stage four, she never let that dim her light and change who she was. And seeing that was so inspiring 🥹💜 Through all the chemo, the radiation, and so many appointments and different doctors.. mama Miriam was going to kick cancer’s ass no matter what.. And at her appointment, the oncologist told mama Miriam that she is officially in remission 🎉🥹💜 Of course she will have to do frequent check ins with her doctor since pancreatic cancer is an aggressive one and to keep up if there are any changes but she is done with chemo and radiation and is HEALTHY! #mom #cancer #pancreaticcancer #remission

What stage was it? Didn’t know that it was able to be in remission. My dad has stage 4 and they said pancreatic is not curable gave him 4-6 months
