Literally no company should be bailed out. If a company fails let them go bankrupt, and if what they provide as a service or product is so important that it needs to be “bailed out” the bailout should be all of the executives being fired, not allowed to take any bonuses or pay themselves out, and the company is then assimilated as a government organization that runs at cost. Willing to bet that most “failed” companies could have continued operating just fine if the executives weren’t siphoning all the profits into their pockets.
