Here in Canada a chiropractor cannot order an x-ray. That is a referral to a radiologist which only an MD, NP, and maxillofacial surgeon can order.

The only time they should be saying anything about those bowels is if there are flat air fluid levels or a volvulus. And a few other dead give aways. But normal gas patterns and good in the stock with air… normal! If the whole abdomen is poop. That’s constipation.
