You really need an acid for your dressing like red wine vinegar or lemon juice to brighten up the dressing and cut thru the fat from the olive oil.

Salad for dinner is one of my favourites...I tend to add grilled chicken or salmon to mine..it's good and a it's a full meal. 😊😊
