Appeasement was the policy used mainly by Britain and France in the 1930s where they allowed Hitler to break rules of the Treaty of Versailles to avoid starting another war. They believed: • Germany had been lo treated too harshly after WW1 • Hitler would be satisfied if given small concessions • Peace could be kept in Europe In reality, it only encouraged Hitler ( Pootin ) to push further. Everyday it’s clear that Ukraine is defying peace resolution and i blame the West and zelensky. Ukraine will no doubt capitulate, its only a matter of time if they do not make peace.
