How about every 10min late is a write up then giving probation and suspensuon, but we always see our lead supervisor literally always late! We were wondering if she gets a write up. She wanted us to come back on the day it’s says after vacation but she didn’t coz she got sick. I was supposed to be the head cook but she over run me so my cooks don’t follow me we follow her, she don’t even cook! Keeps asking me and my husband to cover people we always say yes, but we can’t take off for vacation together.. they should already know when he got hired after me that we are married we take vacation together. Also we’re not in same position and not same schedule why can’t we. But other people can? We see people taking same week off or a day or 2 still off and another people is already on vacation. Overlapping like crazy but we can’t? She said can’t approved us coz it’ll be unfair😩 we say yes every covering people but NO WHEN It comes to us. Who’s unfair?
