Years ago, I had an energy vampire friend who always left me with terrible headaches and migraines where you just cry. I finally grounded myself, brought crystals even, and mentally sent all her negative energy right back to her. 🪞 For the first time, NO headaches/no migraines after hanging out with her! ✨ The very next day, she posted about having the worst migraine of her life! She then called me a snob for avoiding her to friends and That's fine, I'm protecting my light! Needless to say, she and her negative a$$ entities started unnecessary drama between us and mutual friends. Now she wonders why they too stop being friends with her.

one time I ran into an old friend from High School gave her a hug and immediately got a headache and felt nauseous. she's a nice person I don't know what happened. that's the last time I saw her as well. but I never forget that it was just weird. Anyway I don't hug or shake hands anymore

Met two sisters who hugs people. Not like a normal hug,where both embrace and then let go after a short while. They hug you and then hold the embrace even after you released. So you either have to push them away or just stand there in an awkward moment. Does anyone know what it is that they are doing with those hugs. It just feels weird and awkward when they do and somehow it feels like they are doing something wrong but you can't tell what.
