@spearmanlauren: Some traditions are much easier to uphold than others…and I’ve found this one an absolute doddle 😂 Whenever I have a little win at work I love but myself a little something to celebrate and write a note with it. It’s easy to get caught on the hedonic treadmill; moving straight on to the next thing without stopping to appreciate what you’ve achieved, so I love having something that I can forever associate with a particular moment or achievement. A lovely little reminder of something I worked hard for.
