@miroslava.smith: 1️⃣ ONE TASK, ONE CHAT Start a new chat for each new task. A long chat carries its whole history into every answer, so every new message costs more. 2️⃣ PUT THE RULES IN ONCE Move your standing instructions into a Project or your preferences. Do not paste the same 10 lines at the start of every chat. 3️⃣ ASK FOR LESS Say the length you want: "answer in 5 lines" or "give me the table only". Shorter answers use less and are easier to read. 4️⃣ DO NOT RE-UPLOAD Keep your files in a Project instead of attaching the same document again and again. 5️⃣ BATCH YOUR QUESTIONS Put 4 related questions in one message instead of 4 separate rounds, and ask it to answer them as a numbered list. Limits and plans change, so check what yours is in the app. These habits help on any plan because they cut what you send and what comes back. A limit is not the end of the day. It is a hint that your chat got too long. 💛 Free prompts for life and work with AI are collected in my Substack. One tap from my profile 👆
